KTMB oh KTMB

I'm a bit pissed dengan KTMB punye customer service .... aku telah menunggu refund tiket ketapi yg kensel dari Singapore to KL aritu and yet till this date, NOTHING! Kata org kat refund counter tu, bleh dapat balik within 30 days ... so memula aku pk, 30 calendar days ... pastu lepas 30 calendar days, eehh takde jugak... then aku try to be positive, pk maybe 30 working days kot .... dah lepas 30 working days, aiikk takde jugak?? Ape cer nih??!! Hangin betul laa ... aku hantar email 2 kali tak berjawap.. last2 hari jemaat lepas baru reply katenye sebab aku bayar pakai debit card, jadiknye diorang decide nak bayar aku by cash jer kat any station of my choice  ... tapi kene buat appointment dulu... wah wah pulak ! Aritu mase gi mintak refund, aku dah stress banyak kali yg aku pakai debit card mase beli tiket tu, bukan credit card, still boleh buat direct refund masuk savings account ker? Beriya la minah kaunter tu cakap boleh... now different story plak.... tensen betul la.... lepas aku hantar email saying aku nak amik refund kat Serdang station ( since station ni yg paling dekat ngan opis aku) the past 2 days, sampai skang takde sape reply that email ... arrrghhhhhhh...stressnye aku  :S

KTMB, ur customer service seriously sucks to the max... Sangat2 la sesuai dengan namenye Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad ( ade lagik ke yg gune terms 'Tanah Melayu' selain dari KTMB nih yer) .... you are sooooooo yesterday .... ohh wait, not even close to yesterday... it's more like sooooooo 50 years ago...

    br2 ni sy ade kes dgn cimb bank...die boleh ingat bank statement sy tipu..brani bt sy mcm tu..mlm tu i trs report kt cimb customer service.

  3. wat report polis dan bawak salinan ke customer service cakap kat dorang kita akan report ke tribunal pengguna...sure laju jek dorang proses....
