Dynamic Busan - Day 4 Part#2

Okeh kite sambung lagik cerita utk hari keempat ... aku amik bas no 2 dari Gamcheon and balik semula ke Jagalchi ... bas ni akan stop on the other side of the road .. kirenye opposite dengan tempat yg aku naik pagi tadik ... turun2 bas jer, masuk balik area Nampodong tu and ronda2 kat Gukje Market sebab nak carik souvenirs...

Gukje Market

Penat jugak ronda2 Gukje Market nih.. seb baik jumpe jugak kedai yg jual souveniers... aku rembat fridge magnet 9 keping... nak bagi kat bebudak opis...sekeping dapat 2,000 won ... tak tau la mahal ke murah ... aku malas nak pk panjang, main rembat je ...

Satu lorong kat Gukje tu siap jual makanan and customer duduk makan ramai2 cam nih...

Dah dapat ape yg aku nak kat market tu, aku proceed to the next stop, 40 Steps Street ... nak pegi sini amik subway to Jungang Station exit #11 ...

Some history about this 40 steps area :

"In 1950, when South Korea was swiftly overwhelmed by the North’s surprise attack, Busan became the country’s provisional capital — not that there was any choice; it was the only city of any size to withstand the communist onslaught. As the war ground on, the city became the de facto place of refuge, where South Koreans fled to escape the brutal fighting ravaging the rest of the country.
During the war, hundreds of thousands of refugees crammed into Busan, especially in the areas of Yongdusan Hill and the port. Among such a desperate crush of humanity, many families found themselves separated, lost among the crowds disembarking the overly-packed trains and ships.
Getting separated from your family in war-time Korea wasn’t the minor inconvenience it would be today. There were no phones, no possibility of communication. You lose your mommy, and she’s going to stay lost. But among the newcomers, word spread of a spot in Busan where families could reunite. Anyone looking for a missing child or wife should head to the 40 Steps. This is where people could find each other again.
This small section of town, which meant so much to so many families, has today been memorialized with statues and a cultural center. Even without its history, it’s a cool area, with nice cafes and a lack of traffic. The statues hearken back to the 1950s, when accordion players would entertain the lost families, and children would wait for the popcorn cannon to produce their treat. It’s one of the most atmospheric corners in Busan, and definitely worth a look."

Tempat ni mcm agak sunyi... tak ramai org lalu lalang kat sini.. yg ade pun ahjussi2 tengah lepak2 isap rokok and tourists yg usung camera mcm aku jugak ... jom layan gambar

Jalan ni kompom lawa bile daun tukar kaler2 nanti

It would be nice if there is an english translation

Suka tengok tiang kayu nih.. sangat olskol

Aku tak lame kat sini.. sebabnye perut dah start bunyik2...so next adelah misi mencarik makanan halal ... target adelah turkish restaurant kat area masjid Busan ... to reach there, take subway to Dusil station and amik exit #8 ... Dusil station agak jauh dari center Busan .. about 40 minutes rasenye.. seb baik takde transfer line ... so sempat la layan tido seround dalam subway

Keluar ikut exit #8, jalan straight je sampai jumpe kedai tayar ... lepas kedai tayar tu belok kanan ... nanti ade jambatan kecik ... jalan sikit je cross jambatan tu and akan jumpe kedai turki tu kat belah kanan ...

Kedai tayar tu ... tutup on sunday kot
Stream kecik tapi nampak sangat nice and bersih

Ni la turkish restaurant yg dicari

Lupe dah name menu ni.. sedap ... rega 11,000 won

Alhamdulillah

Keluar dari restaurant tu, aku ronda2 kejap that area.. belakang restaurant ni adelah masjid Busan ... mase aku sampai tu mcm ade activity kat balcony masjid ...

Another halal restaurant next to the mosque

Okeh mase untuk balik ... patah balik semula ke Dusil station ... langkah pun dah agak slow sebab kekenyangan

Aku balik hostel dulu letak barang2 yg dah beli tadik.. pastu freshup a bit, layan internet seround dua, then kluar balik carik few other things to bring back home ... tapi before that, aku pk nak pegi observation deck kat Jagalchi market lagik skali .. konon2 nak amik gambar port time malam la kan ...

Akan tetapi gambar2 mlm aku adelah sangat fail ... tapi i dun care, nak jugak letak sini

Malam tu aku abiskan mase kat Daiso and kedai Lock n Lock ... carik barang2 utk family aku ... pastu balik bilik then start packing .. sebabnye besok dah nak balik mesia.. huwaaaa... kejap sangat trip nih..
