Day 6 - 11 April 2014
Harini kitorang nak visit museum ... tapi sebelum pegi ke museum, kitorang menapak dulu ke Tokyo Cruise terminal building kat tepi Sumida River utk beli tiket waterbus ke Odaiba utk trip tengahari nanti ... aku takut nanti kitorang kene beratur panjang, kang tak sempat nak naik Himiko waterbus yg ala2 futuristic tu ... sampai2 kat tempat beli tiket tu, seb baik takde org beratur lagi .. tiket boleh beli kat ticket machine ... yg ni aku citer dalam next entry lah yer
Okeh back to the museum trip ... aku sebenarnye tak brape sangat nak pegi museum2 ni, but for Tokyo trip, hati terkinja2 nak pegi ... sebabnye nak tau sangat history cemane Tokyo boleh jadik such a metropolis mcm skang nih ... nak pegi sini, kitorang amik Toei subway ... dari Asakusa, kene tukar kat Kuramae station utk amik Toei Oedo Line ... ingatkan nak transfer between subway lines kat Kuramae ni same mcm station yg lelain yakni kene menapak dalam station jer.. takyah kluar dari station... rupenye Kuramae station masih dlm construction so kene kluar dari Kuramae station Asakusa Line, menapak dalam 200 meter kot, then baru jumpe Kuramae Station Oedo Line ... cuak plak kitorang sebab ingatkan dah sesat ...
Toei Oedo line ni ade barrier between track and platform .. rase selamat sket
Dari Kuramae station, kitorang berenti kat Ryogoku station and follow exit ke Edo-Tokyo Museum ... nak pegi museum ni boleh jugak naik JR Sobu Line ... since naik subway lagik dekat ngan tempat kitorang stay, that's why kitorang amik subway jer ...info pasal museum ni can be found here : http://www.edo-tokyo-museum.or.jp/english/
Memula masuk area museum tu, terus nampak pintu masuk.. aku pun masuk and terus tanye cemane nak pi museum.. rupenye kene jalan sket ke depan kat tepi2 building dlm museum compound tu...
Tiket masuk 600 yen per adult .. the main hall letaknye kat level 5/6 ... lupe dah... tapi the moment aku step dlm museum tu, dan2 la nampak sign 'No Camera' ... ampeh kan... gambar signboard kat atas tu pun aku sedap2 rase je snap pastu adik aku cecepat cakap no camera la ... hhahah seb baik tak kantoi ngan security guards kat situ
Basically museum ni menceritakan kisah cemane Tokyo berkembang since Edo period ... bagi aku part yg menarik is how they did the town planning ... in order to be as structured as Tokyo today, town planning diorang mmg dah properly done since zaman dulu2 lagik....part ni mmg salute la...
Tokyo map dated 1921
Banyak menda yg menarik kat dlm museum ni.. tak reti aku nak cerita lebih2 ... so aku letak je la gambar with some captions here and there ...
Masuk2 je kat exhibition hall, ade wooden bridge kat tengah2

Kitorang spent mase around 2 hours kat dalam museum ni ... tengok2 jam dah kul 12.40 ... so berlari2 la kitorang ke subway station sebab kene balik semula ke Asakusa utk amik Himiko waterbus ke Odaiba departs at 1.25pm ...
Rumah zamaN Edo tu memang smart giler. Batu kan kat rooftop dia. Mesti prevent dari snow berlambak atas tu.
